Terms of service
Draft for legal review. Not in effect. The binding terms, the contracting entity, governing law, liability and refund terms must be written by the owner and reviewed by counsel before launch.
Topics the terms have to cover
- The service: daily collection of public metrics of accounts the customer registers, and read-only SQL access to the customer’s workspace through the CLI and API.
- Acceptable use: customers register accounts they have a legitimate reason to track; no attempt to read other workspaces’ data or to bypass query limits.
- Subscriptions: plans sized by tracked accounts, billed through Stripe; what happens on failed payment and cancellation.
- Data accuracy: metrics are as reported by the platforms through a third-party vendor, once a day, with the per-platform limitations documented on the tracker page.
- API keys: the customer is responsible for keeping keys secret and revoking compromised ones.
- Hooks: analysis is editorial content; videos remain the property of their creators and are credited and linked to the original post.
- Contact: [email protected] (placeholder).
